Thew queen's trust in him has been falsely gained, and he plans to use that trust to his advantage, ruling in her place while she confines herself in the castle, and using her name when anyone questions his orders. History: Rial was raised within the cadtle, often looking up to queen Astri and asked frequently to spend time with her when growing up, despite his status in the castle as a servant. Astri, amused at the time, appointed Rial as the royal family's personal steward, following the royal family and tending to their every need. As he grew older, he quickly learned many things about royal duties from the king and queen, keeping many mental notes about the kingdom's rules and foreign policies, and just what exactly it meant to rule a kingdom. However, his parents were assassinated at a young age, leaving an empty hole within him that nothing could fill. Taking pity in Rial's heartache, she adopted Rial as a member of the royal family, if only legally. At first, he felt grateful to the queen, but then, he began to resent her for taking pity on him, and his mind started to take what he had learned, and twist it in devious ways. He secretly wished to control the kingdom himself, but he needed to gain the queen's trust first.
It took many years of work, but the royal family finally gained his trust, believing him to mean well. A few months later, the king and prince, the royal family's only blood heir, had fallen ill to a rare, and deadly disease. Even with the kingdom's best clerics did everything that they could to heal them both, but the disease seemed to be resistant to their healing magic and potions. Inevitably, the king and prince succumbed to their illness, and passed away. Devastated by this, the queen retreated into herself, becoming a recluse. Now a grown adult at the time, Rial proudly took the reins of ruling the kingdom, running it in the queen's place until such time that she would recover from her grief and assume command again.
Secretly, he kept the queen isolated from the world, indirectly keeping her wallowing in self pity and ignorant to the relations between the fire and ice kingdoms, which he was slowly manipulating from the shadows for years, to bring about a war that would change the very history books.

Weapons:
Armor: Absolute Zero armor: A full plate mail suit of armor that is enchanted to keep below a certain temperature on the outside, keeping its wearer at a regular temperature that is non-lethal. It is fire resistant, protecting the wearer from fire magic, but there are weak points at the joints of the armor, and anywhere that the helmet does not cover. Physical attacks are most effective against this armor, but non-enchanted weapons run the risk of going brittle with too much exposure to the armor's cold temperatures.

Glacius: A sword with a blade as blue as ice. It once belonged to the king of ice, but was bestowed to Rial by the queen when the king and prince passed. Its blade is resistant to cold environments, and can cut through ice as though it were butter.
Weaknesses: Rial is arrogant, and believes himself untouchable by anyone who would dare to challenge his ideals. He believes himself to be the true ruler of the nation, and refuses to accept defeat. If one were to play on his ego, he would easily run the risk of losing the advantage in a fight.
